The family business has been developing properties on the Sunshine Coast for over 30 years and the successful team of experienced and passionate staff have been responsible for the construction and marketing of over 1,000 properties including benchmark apartments along the Alexandra Headland Esplanade and in the Maroochydore and Cotton Tree regions.
Recently, The Squire Development Group have expanded to the southern end of the Sunshine Coast, an area of tremendous growth and transformation and are currently developing within Australia’s largest health precinct of its kind, Oceanside Kawana. This project is a gated community of 60 waterfront Apartments, Villas and Townhouses and is in close proximity to the Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital.
